Shinobi War

Shinobi War is a 2d turn-based action-roguelike game prototype was made for May HEJ Game JAM. Theme: Upgrade

Battle against the evil ninja hordes and become the strongest shinobi. Test your skill and luck across 10 increasingly difficult levels, and choose wisely which upgrades to select. Or skip all upgrades and defeat the game relying solely on your skill.

Controls:

Moving: mouse, point and click.

Volume: keyboard  +, -

Quit: Ctrl + Q

The player can move twice each turn, while the enemies can only move once. The layout of the levels is intentionally simple at first, but later the player will have much less space to evade the enemies. It is important for the player to move or attack in a good rhythm.
